- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Toss the mixture until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
