- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut the head into thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the meat mixture into patties.
- Place the cabbage slices on a baking sheet.
- Top each cabbage slice with a beef patty.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
