Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add diced potatoes and chopped onion.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and cover the skillet.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
