Description

A simple one-pan meal featuring cheesy chicken, broccoli, and rice.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and cheese. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
