Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Nutella for filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Remove from skillet and spread Nutella on one side. Fold and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of crepe batter with milk as needed.
- Top with fruit or whipped cream for extra flavor.
