Description
A simple no churn ice cream recipe that you can make at home without an ice cream maker.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, fruit, nuts)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Add any optional mix-ins and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
Notes
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
- You can customize flavors with different extracts or add-ins.
