Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped walnuts and raisins.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free version.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
