A simple recipe for no bake oats energy balls that provide a quick energy boost.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey.
- Add in chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute peanut butter with almond butter.
- Add nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
