Description

Delicious no-bake cookie dough bars that are vegan and gluten-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until combined and smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
