Delicious no-bake cookie dough bars that are vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until combined and smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
- You can substitute almond flour with oat flour if desired.
