  • 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onions, celery, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until they release moisture.
  5. Stir in parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes with the mushroom mixture.
  7. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir gently.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
