Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each cheese stick in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Freeze the breaded sticks for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
