- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each cheese stick in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Freeze the breaded sticks for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
