Description

Delightful blend of flaky pastry, gooey cheese, and zesty pepperoni, perfect for game day or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate into triangles.
  3. At the wide end of each triangle, place a slice of pepperoni and a stick of mozzarella cheese. Add more pepperoni, sprinkle Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Roll the dough tightly around the filling, seam side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping; can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
