Ingredients

- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate into triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place a slice of pepperoni and a stick of mozzarella cheese. Add more pepperoni, sprinkle Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough tightly around the filling, seam side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping; can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
