These Monster Eye Cupcakes are fun, spooky treats perfect for Halloween or themed parties.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can white frosting
- Green food coloring
- Chocolate chips
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
- Tint the frosting green using food coloring.
- Frost each cupcake with the green frosting.
- Place a mini marshmallow in the center of each cupcake.
- Add a chocolate chip on top of the marshmallow to create an eye.
- Decorate with additional frosting if desired.
Notes
- Use any flavor of cake mix you prefer.
