- 1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips
- 4 Milky Way bars, chopped
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 large egg (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie base by melting the butter and mixing in sugar, then adding eggs and vanilla.
- Make the cheesecake layer by beating cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients and mix with the brownie base, then fold in chocolate chips and Milky Way bars.
- Layer half of the brownie batter in a baking pan, add the cheesecake layer, and top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool the brownies, drizzle with caramel sauce, and cut into squares for serving.
Notes
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before storing.
