Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Drizzle lime juice over the salad.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
