Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the chopped cauliflower until tender.
- Drain any excess water.
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower, sour cream, and butter.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use garlic powder.
- Can be served with chives on top.
