Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sprouts are tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
