Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour, covered.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread brown sugar, maple syrup, and chopped pecans on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place slices in a greased baking dish.
  9. Let them rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
