Description

These Maple Bacon Pancake Bites are a tasty breakfast treat. You can enjoy them with or without bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in bacon if using.
  6. Pour batter into greased mini muffin tins.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
