Ingredients

- 2 cups of pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup.
- Add in the chopped bacon and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra maple syrup on top.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
- Customize with fruits or nuts as desired.
