Description
A refreshing dessert made with mango and sago pearls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water.
- Boil water in a pot and add the sago pearls.
- Cook until translucent, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the cooked sago under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add the cooked sago to the coconut milk mixture.
- Let it cool, then mix in the diced mangoes.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
