Description
Mango lassi is a refreshing yogurt-based drink from India made with ripe mangoes.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend mangoes in a blender until smooth.
- Add yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to sweetness of mangoes.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
