Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients under cool water.
  2. Dice the mangoes and avocados into small pieces.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the red onion.
  4. Chop the cilantro using only fresh green leaves.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Gently mix the ingredients without mashing the avocado.
  7. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix gently again to coat all ingredients evenly.
  9. Transfer the salsa to a bowl and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
