Description

Delicious loaded potato skins topped with cheese, bacon, and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes, until tender.
