Description

A hearty pasta dish loaded with bacon and cheeseburger flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 6 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Add beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in cooked macaroni and cheese. Mix well.
  6. Top with cooked bacon and additional cheese if desired. Serve warm.
