Delicious lasagna roll ups filled with cheese and sauce.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- On each noodle, spread cheese mixture and roll up tightly.
- Place roll-ups seam side down in baking dish.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
