- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
- Refrigerate again for 10 minutes before serving.
