A light and refreshing kani salad featuring imitation crab and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz imitation crab meat
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine imitation crab, cucumber, and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and toss gently.
- Plate the salad and top with avocado slices.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
