- 2 medium beetroots, peeled and chopped

- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped

- Water as needed
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all ingredients.
- In a blender, combine beetroots, apple, carrot, ginger, and lemon juice.
- Add water to reach desired consistency.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain if desired and serve immediately.
