A simple and tasty homemade Italian dressing.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Add Dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Whisk until well mixed.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store in a jar and refrigerate.
Notes
- Shake well before each use.
- Can be used for salads or marinades.
- Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
