Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
- Flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
Notes
- Serve with your choice of fillings such as Nutella, fruits, or cheese.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
