- 2 cups cornbread, crumbled
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sage, dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cornbread crumbs and vegetable broth.
- Add celery, onion, melted butter, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the beaten eggs until fully incorporated.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
