Delicious holiday breakfast sliders perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 12 slider buns
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add cooked sausage.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until cooked.
- Slice the slider buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer sausage and egg mixture on the buns.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with the bun tops.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Add vegetables for extra flavor.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
