Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and add cooked sausage.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until cooked.
  5. Slice the slider buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer sausage and egg mixture on the buns.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with the bun tops.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
