Delicious and healthy no bake brownies that are vegan and gluten free.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Blend the dates and walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, and salt to the mixture.
- Process until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
