Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Add diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir well.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
