Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and zucchini; cook until tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Serve warm.
