Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix butter, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chili lime butter over the corn.
- Place corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove corn from the grill and brush with more chili lime butter before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
- Can use lime zest for extra flavor.
