Ingredients
- Chicken breasts: 2 large (about 500g)
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups (about 150g)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

- Heavy cream: 1 cup (240ml)
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
- Cooked rice: 2 cups (white or brown, as preferred)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the broccoli by washing and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
