Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts: 2 large (about 500g)
  • Broccoli florets: 2 cups (about 150g)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup (240ml)
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Cooked rice: 2 cups (white or brown, as preferred)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the broccoli by washing and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
