- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Add pineapple chunks to the grill in the last 2-3 minutes.
- Serve chicken topped with grilled pineapple.
