A nutritious green detox soup that is easy to make and packed with vitamins.
Ingredients

- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add broccoli and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add spinach and kale.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend the soup until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
