Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped salted almonds
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Begin by shredding the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and chop your vegetables: halve the grapes, dice the red onion, and chop the celery.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and gently toss until well coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
