- 1 cup orzo pasta

- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add orzo pasta, cook until pasta is tender.
- Stir in feta cheese before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
