- 6 cups gluten-free bread, cubed
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the gluten-free bread cubes and raisins, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
