Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
- Mix garlic, parmesan, parsley, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Roll each dough ball in the garlic mixture and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
