Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
  6. Mix garlic, parmesan, parsley, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  7. Roll each dough ball in the garlic mixture and place in a greased baking pan.
  8. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
