Description

A quick and healthy garlic chicken stir fry with zucchini noodles.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
