- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken thighs to the skillet, skin side down, and sear for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs and spoon garlic butter over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
