Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat fish fillets with the spice mixture.
- Cook fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- Prepare rice in bowls as a base.
- Layer cooked fish, cabbage, avocado, and salsa on top of rice.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Use any white fish like tilapia or cod.
- Adjust spice levels according to your taste.
- This can be made gluten-free by using corn tortillas instead of rice.
