A simple and tasty egg roll recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned.
- Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions to the skillet.
- Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Place a spoonful of filling on an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
- Can be baked for a healthier option.
