Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions to the skillet.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  4. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling on an egg roll wrapper.
  7. Fold and seal the edges.
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  9. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
  10. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
