Description

A quick and healthy tofu stir fry packed with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
  8. Pour the sauce over the stir fry and cook until thickened.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve warm.
