A simple recipe for seitan teriyaki, packed with flavor and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 cup seitan, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the seitan.
- Pour the sauce over the seitan in the pan.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
